• Allows symptom analysis and consultation management.
• Enables doctors to review and respond to patient data.

3. No Medical Advice Disclaimer

Sanador does not provide medical advice. AI-generated outputs are informational only and are not diagnoses or prescriptions. Always consult a licensed physician before taking action.

4. Eligibility

To use Sanador, you must be at least 18 years old or use the platform under parental/guardian supervision.

5. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and not share accounts. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Doctor Accounts & Responsibilities

Doctors using Sanador agree to provide ethical medical guidance and maintain confidentiality. Sanador does not guarantee doctor qualifications independently.

7. User-Submitted Content

Users may submit symptoms, images, and personal health data. By submitting data, you grant Sanador a limited license to process and analyze your data to provide AI insights and enable doctor review.

8. AI Services Limitation

AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Outputs should not be relied upon for medical decisions; you use AI features at your own risk.

9. Appointments & Payments

Users may book consultations with doctors. Payments are processed via third-party providers, and Sanador is not responsible for payment processing errors.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use the platform for illegal purposes, upload false information, or attempt unauthorized access.

11. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using Sanador, you consent to data processing and AI-based analysis.

12. Platform Availability

Sanador does not guarantee continuous uptime or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanador is not liable for medical decisions based on AI output, doctor actions, or misdiagnosis.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Sanador from claims arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

15. Intellectual Property

All platform content (UI, branding, code, AI workflows) belongs to Sanador. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy (Milano jurisdiction).

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
